The unique size chart of Open Wear

Today’s post is all about the new sizes of Open Wear. The designed sizes are one of a kind in the outerwear industry.

While developing the new Open One series, we ran into the problem that traditional outerwear sizing did not meet the needs we had for our clothing. To make our clothing suitable for as many people as possible, we decided to add two sizes ourselves. This increases usability and reduces unsustainable returns.

In collaboration with Snowcountry, we have collected a lot of data to be able to analyze as well as possible which sizes are most desired. That’s why we decided not to scale one fit to different sizes, but to create two fits that better suit the different physiques.

As a result, we have made the M and L size in a Tall version. These variants differ minimally in width, but notable in length.

In this way, tall people with a slim body type have the perfect option for a better fit. 

In detail, our tall jackets are 6 centimeters longer but only a centimeter wider. This way you have the perfect length for tall people or people who want to have a little bit more length to protect you against the deepest powder.
